Stadium Fitness
Stadium Fitness is located at the rear of the James Hargreaves Stand behind Turf Moor Leisure Centre.



Stadium Fitness is a modern gym and studio facility offering up-to-date equipment, and an outstanding Group Fitness program which has recently received international recognition.
Inside the gym you will find cardiovascular and resistance machines as well as a free weights area for the more experienced exerciser. Whatever your goals are we have the equipment to help you achieve them.
After a strenuous workout our members can take advantage of the friendly atmosphere in the sauna and relaxation area or top up their tan on the sun bed.
To motivate and entertain during exercise the gym is equipped with televisions and a music system.
Parking at Stadium Fitness is free.
On joining Stadium Fitness you will be booked in for an orientation session with one of our coaches. During this session you will be shown how to use the gym, told about the services we offer and also given the opportunity to ask questions about you exercise regime.
For members who have specific goals it is worth taking advantage of a programming session with an advanced coach. We usually find that those members who follow set programs achieve results quicker than those who don't.
Members who need extra motivation and encouragement can take advantage of our personal training service which is available at an extra cost.
Included in our team are a Weight Loss and Nutrition adviser and a Lifestyle analyst. These services are free to members who want to take a holistic approach to their health and fitness.

Why use Group Fitness?
It is widely recognised that those participating in Group Fitness gain progression in their fitness levels at a faster rate than those using the gym. All our classes are designed to deliver real result whilst still being a fun, social experience.
All Group Fitness sessions are led by experienced and qualified instructors and are suitable for beginners and experienced exercisers alike.
We run a wide range of Group Fitness Classes:
BodyPump is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. BodyPump is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is suitable for just about everybody. It's perfect for men and women who want to add strength training into their aerobic workout. BodyPump is a simple workout which provides a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each one-hour workout.
Spin is a high octane fun workout using modified exercise bikes. The 45 minute class is delivered to the latest hits providing a great, high intensity cardio workout.
Rise n Shine Aerobics is a morning workout. This class is designed for all abilities and contains a bit of everything. The class ranges from traditional aerobics to step and t'ai bo, Legs, Bums and Tums and finally a blast on those Abs.
